Re: GT350 tribute
I found a video of my car as a GT tribute, before it had the racing stripes, amber fog lights, C67 wheels and GT350 badges.
This was in Houston, Texas and would've been shot before the last owner from Colorado bought it.
Click the pic. above, turn the volume right up and enjoy, lol.

Whoever did it last time had a fair attempt, It was a bit untidy, but the patch suited what was probably visible at the time. It may have been done 10+ years ago.

That part of the door is a prick to do, too many curves and time consuming....well was for me anyhow, felt good getting in there to clean it up and treat it though. Good job

Yep... Agree it is an untidy prick of a repair - esp when it ain't your full time job!
I did that patch on Craig's Cruzn66 build thread... Should see him through for a decade or so.
Unless of course his wife reads this post in which case it should see Craig through to his grave

Re: GT350 tribute
Just realised I had forgot to update with the final few pics.
The inside of the door looking nice again.
What rust?
A shot of the seatbelt setup. We didnt do this work, but I like the way it was done.
There is more pics in the Stephen SLR album in my photobucket album for those that want to have a look.
Thanks Stephen for allowing us to work on your baby. It should give you many years of trouble free cruising once you get it back from getting the clutch conversion.
