It's a good idea though. I'll have a look around and see if it can be done, but I'd say it would require a fair bit of hacking.

Anything useful I just copy & paste into Word Docs that I keep on the computer (& backed up). Lot simpler & it is filed the way I like.

mike: I should also mention that I did not "design" this website. It's a Content Management System http://dragonflycms.org/ which I have templated.

I'm by no means a web designer... my artistic abilities are limited to stick figures. I'm a techie, so I can sort out backend issues, but I can't make a website look good!

If you have a look at two of my other dragonfly websites, I'm sure you'll see the similarities:

Just thought of something that may (or may not) be useful. In the User Info box on the left where it has 'Welcome mwizz' I was thinking it would be worthwhile to include our status (ie senior mustang) and number of posts info. Just a thought.

mwizz, can't see it being a problem to add those stats tot he user info block. Should be a pretty easy piece of coding. Where would you have it? Just under the Welcome text?

Forsight, I'll look into the strike out tags. The problem with mods to the forum is that they normally get clobbered during any upgrades. I've already modded for youtube vids though, so what the hell... I'll check it out.

there is one at the top of the page under the Forums tab is that what you mean? at least thats the one i use
