HappyOne is correct. The system works, but it depends on whether it’s the apparatus originally brought out to Australia from the US by a lifelong friend of mine, or whether it's a copy.
I helped him sell the product into the Australian market and have seen the evidence of it working.
I suppose the best example was demonstrated by a NSW mullet fisherman. Mullet are netted from the beach, and these guys actually drive there 4WD’s into the ocean to pull out their nets. Prior to fitting our electronic rust prevention unit, he was getting two years life from his Toyota Troopy before it totally rusted out. After fitting the unit to a new Toyota, it was showing no forms of rust after three years.
