OK, am working on another project and need new window rollers. Channel is 17.5mm or 11/16th wide but thinner than the ford one-doh! The repro rollers are apparently dodgy and the alternative is apparently made by 23yr old virgins in a mountain retreat in Tibet costing $20 for one type and $42 each! I kid you not.
Any suggestions (useful ones) on sourcing alternatives?

Jacko, do you have a sample? Take some measurements and I am sure someone with a lathe will be only too willing to help.

If they are not as wide as ford ones, you could probably just machine the ford ones down a little in the centre. As long as the pin through the middle is the same size.
